TillBiz can print receipts, kitchen order tickets (KOTs), and invoices. Set up your printer and customize the templates so your printed documents look the way you want.
Printing is part of the Printing & receipts feature. If it’s not in your sidebar, your plan may not include it — see Subscription & licensing.

Set up a printer

Open printer settings

Go to Settings → Printer.

Connect your printer

Select your receipt printer. The TillBiz desktop app gives the most reliable access to local USB and network printers.

Customize templates

Choose what appears on receipts and tickets — your logo, header/footer text, and which details to show.

Test print

Run a test print to confirm everything lines up.

What you can print

  • Receipts — given to customers after a sale.
  • Kitchen order tickets — sent to prep stations for the kitchen.
  • Invoices — printed copies of invoices.
For a busy counter, the desktop app plus a dedicated thermal receipt printer is the smoothest setup. Browser printing works in a pinch but is less seamless.
