Invoices let you bill customers who pay later, rather than settling at the till. Create an invoice, send it, and track it through to paid.
Invoices are part of the Invoices feature. If it’s not in your sidebar, your plan may not include it — see Subscription & licensing.

Sending & payment

Send an invoice by email and the customer receives a link to view and pay it via the customer portal. You can also export an invoice as a PDF to print or share manually.
Overdue invoices are flagged automatically so you can follow up. Keep customer email addresses up to date so reminders reach them.
