Create an invoice
Start a new invoice
Click New invoice. You can build it from scratch or generate it from an
existing order.
Add the customer and items
Choose a customer and add line items —
products from your catalog or custom lines with your own description and price.
Set due date and terms
Add a due date and any notes. Pick an
invoice template for the look.
Invoice status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being prepared, not yet sent |
| Sent | Delivered to the customer, awaiting payment |
| Paid | Settled in full |
| Overdue | Past its due date and unpaid |
| Cancelled | Voided |
