The Customers directory keeps a record of the people who buy from you. Linking sales to customers builds a purchase history and lets you send receipts and invoices.

Add a customer

Open Customers

Select Customers from the sidebar.

Add a new customer

Click New customer and enter their name, phone, email, and address.

Save

The customer can now be attached to orders and invoices.
While taking an order, attach a customer to record the sale against them. Over time this builds their purchase history, which you can review in the customer reports.

Customer portal

Customers can have their own self-service portal to view and pay invoices online — no TillBiz account needed.
Capturing a phone number lets you send M-Pesa requests and digital receipts, and makes the customer easy to find again at the till.
