Order status
Every order moves through a lifecycle:- Pending — being built or awaiting payment.
- Processing — in progress (e.g. being prepared).
- Completed — fully paid and done.
- Cancelled / Refunded — voided or returned.
Holding, editing & merging orders
- You can leave an order pending and come back to it — useful when a customer steps away.
- Add or remove items from a pending order before it’s paid.
- Merge two orders into one (for example, combining tables).
