Suppliers are the businesses you buy stock from. Keeping a supplier directory lets you create purchase orders quickly and see who you buy what from.

Add a supplier

Open Suppliers

Select Suppliers from the sidebar.

Add a new supplier

Click New supplier and enter their name and contact details — phone, email, and address.

Save

The supplier is now available when you create a purchase.

Using suppliers

When you record a purchase, choose the supplier it came from. Over time this builds a picture of your buying — useful in financial and inventory reports.
Add the contact person and phone number for each supplier so anyone on your team can reorder without hunting for details.
