Integrations connect TillBiz to outside services so you can take mobile-money payments and reach customers where they are.

Available integrations

M-Pesa

Accept mobile-money payments via STK push. Configure with your consumer key, secret, passkey, and shortcode — also settable per store.

SMS (Africa's Talking)

Send SMS notifications and receipts. Configure your API key, username, and sender ID.

WhatsApp Business

Send messages and documents over WhatsApp. Configure your phone number ID, access token, and business account ID.

Accounting

Sync sales and expenses to QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, or Wave.

Set up an integration

Open Integrations

Go to Integrations in the sidebar.

Choose a service

Pick the integration you want to enable.

Enter your credentials

Add the keys/details for that service (e.g. M-Pesa till credentials, SMS API keys).

Save and test

Save, then use Test connection to confirm the credentials work. For SMS and WhatsApp you can also send a test message to a phone number.
M-Pesa, SMS, and WhatsApp availability depends on your plan, and some integrations need an account with the third-party provider. See Subscription & licensing.

Notifications

Once SMS, WhatsApp, or email are connected, TillBiz can send customers notifications such as receipts, invoice links, and payment confirmations.
Keep customer phone numbers and email addresses accurate so notifications actually reach them.
