The staff report shows how your team is performing at the till, helping you recognize top performers and spot training needs.

What it shows

  • Sales per cashier over the selected period.
  • Number of orders each staff member handled.
  • Average order value by cashier.

Shift summaries

Each closed shift is recorded with its sales, expenses, cash movements, and final cash variance. Reviewing shifts alongside staff performance helps you connect a cash discrepancy to a specific session.
Repeated cash variances from the same cashier usually mean a process problem — unrecorded cash-outs or change errors — more often than anything deliberate. Walk through closing a shift with them.
What a user can see depends on their permissions. Cashiers typically see only their own numbers; managers and owners see the team.
