# AI reports

> Get plain-language insights and forecasts generated from your business data.

**AI reports** turn your numbers into plain-language insights — highlighting
trends, flagging anomalies, and forecasting what's likely next — without you
having to dig through tables.

  AI reports are part of the **AI Reports** feature, typically on higher tiers. If
  it's not in your sidebar, see
  [Subscription & licensing](/guides/billing-addons/subscription-and-licensing).

## What you get

* **Summaries** of how the business performed over a period, in everyday language.
* **Insights** — e.g. which products are trending up or down, busiest days/hours.
* **Forecasts** — projected sales or demand to help with stock and staffing.
* **Recommendations** you can act on.

## Generate a report
